At Girls Empowered we run different workshops to empower, encourage and educate young girls & help them find their inner confidence so they can shine! 🌟🌟🌟

This workshop is designed to provide a fun yet relaxing experience and help your girl learn different things she can do when she feels stressed.

The 2 hour workshop will be made up of the following activities:

❤ A brainstorming session and discussion about worry including what sort of things girls can do when they feel worried or stressed.

❤ Worksheets to get girls thinking PLUS some to take home and do in their own time.

❤ Craft activity to encourage relaxation and creativity which involves making a galaxy jar and worry box to take home.
