The Fit-Kicks team are passionate about kids, sport and making a change. We offer fun and engaging multi sports programs for kids aged 2-5 years and also school aged children.
Toddler and Pre-Schooler Classes
Our Toddler and Preschooler Programs run from Transition Sports (Hoppers Crossing) and Featherbrook College (Point Cook)
With after school activities being such a juggling act for many parents, we conveniently run our After School Programs in school facilities, allowing the kids to play and have fun in a safe and controlled environment, starting 10 minutes after the bell goes. Fit-Kicks coaches are trained to do pick up students from class and take them to the designated area, you just simply pick them up at the end of the session time. We run our programs from the following schools;
- Lumen Christi Primary,
- Truganina P-9 College
- Truganina South Primary
- Queen of Peace Primary
- Alamanda College
- Stella Maris Primary (Saturdays only)
School & Sport Readiness Program (Toddlers & Pre-Schoolers aged 2 to 5 years old)
Our School & Sport Readiness Program introduces and prepares your children for everything that life will bring them in their schooling, social and sport lives.
Our approach to sport & life in our classes is very relaxed, simple, fun and encouraging. We make sure that all kids, no matter what level of confidence they have, we make a conscious effort to create the perfect environment for all kids to learn, grow and build the confidence that will give them the greatest chance to live their lives fully and achieve their dreams.

After School Sport & Fitness Programs (Prep to Grade 6)
Our After School Sport and Fitness Program is designed to transform children’s confidence in themselves, with & around other children and in sports, all in a safe, fun and engaging environment. Through a fun, simple and inclusive approach to sport we are transforming kids confidence in themselves, with other children and in sports.What does the program consist of
Our after school programs run in 2 x 20 weeks blocks, running over 2 terms. At the end of each block of 20 weeks, we aim to see a transformation in each child’s confidence in themselves, with other children and in sports. Each week children are introduced to a new sport from ball, net, racquet and bat sports. Upon completion of each term, children will receive physical literacy score cards highlighting each child’s areas of strength and areas that require improvement for a complete development.
