Buggy Bootcamp

Buggy Bootcamp provides post-natal safe exercise classes down on Manly beachfront for Mums and Bubs. Our sessions rotate between strength, cardio, boxing, yoga and ‘Trainer’s Choice’ – and all sessions can all be modified for any post-natal concerns such as abdominal separation, pelvic floor weakness and pelvis or wrist pain. We also adapt the session to ensure that everyone regardless of their fitness, stage of post-natal recovery or sleep levels leaves the class feeling energised and ready for the day of Motherhood ahead!!

Buggy Bootcamp often becomes like a second mums group for many of our clients – who get together for sessions, monthly free coffee and multitudes of chat and support for each other during the sessions.

As the name suggests, your baby comes along to the training session – you will never be very far away from your bub. Older kids are welcome too. As well as taking away the fuss and cost of child minding, we find that bubs particularly love watching Mum squat and lunge! We also fully believe that if babies see Mum exercising outdoors from an early age, this will help an active, healthy lifestyle be second nature to them for life.

We work closely with Women’s Health Physio’s who regularly visit sessions and encourage all mums to get a full post-natal internal check (better to be safe than sorry). All Buggy Bootcamp instructors are properly trained with MumSafe and are experienced in working with new Mums.

Please note, there are no formal child-cares at Buggy Bootcamp and bub remains your responsibility at all times.
