An evidence based holistic program which fosters health and well-being for children. Girls come along to our empowering and uplifting workshops. We promise it will be loads of fun!
We start with STRONG BODY – we get a mini workout in while clearing our thoughts and strengthening our bodies, then we sit down for STRONG MIND where there is a peer discussion on a relevant topic and last we do STRONG HEART where we learn mindfulness activities that help with anxiety, frustration and stress. It will be super fun!
